This plan transforms the entire plot into a landscape with a few buildings. While the main building retains its current function, buildings C and G are renovated and extended in order to create more space for the landscape. Meanwhile, building D is landscaped with grass and vegetation, echoing its green surroundings. This in turn creates an artificial hill that serves as a vantage point or recreational area to attract a wider public and tourists to the area. The centre of the plot features a pavilion with glass façades, preserving the connection to the surroundings. As if rising from the landscape, the pavilion is also a multi-purpose building, serving as a catering outlet or activity centre. Strategically, the plan establishes a strong connection between nature and people.
