Entry 18

This design anticipates the future needs of users and residents. However, the current configuration of buildings needs to be adjusted in order to connect all the buildings. The plan achieves this by altering the location of the public green areas and communal garden. This allows residents and staff members to move quickly around the site, yet creates a clear-cut separation between both groups. The residential units are designed to ensure that residents feel at home. Residents have their own living area and bathroom and can use the communal living room and kitchen. While this setup gives residents their own space, it also means that they can go outside and interact with others.
