Time Reflux

Conceptually, this multi-purpose design focuses on nature and human-centred elements, including connection, interaction, and vitality. The plan was formulated by combining various aspects, such as the interests of the residents and the target group, sustainability, new philosophies on care (‘Care 2.0’), and renovation. In light of this, the existing buildings are renovated and tailored to the requirements of different target groups, with daytime activities playing a predominant role in the design choices made. In order to make the indoor area accessible for those living around it, it is transformed into an inviting public park for use by Mikado residents as well as the neighbourhood.
